AUBURN, Ala.- Auburn Parks and Recreation will begin treating grass at several park facilities for weeds and ants starting Wednesday, March 19. Visitors are advised to avoid treated areas until the grass is completely dry.

The treatment schedule is as follows:

• Wednesday, March 19 – Duck Samford Park and Felton Little Park
• Thursday, March 20 – Sam Harris Park and Memorial Park Cemetery
• Friday, March 21 – Shug Jordan and Wire Road soccer fields
• Monday, March 24 – Margie Piper Bailey Park, Pick Fields and Town Creek Inclusive Playground
• Tuesday, March 25 – Auburn Softball Complex and Hickory Dickory Park
